Lowcountry Chronicle
Where did all the news go? We had a daily newspaper covering us in 2005, we’re 10 times that size today and we have less coverage than ever.
Lowcountry Chronicle aims to fill in those gaps.
The idea is to come to Blufftonians where they are. So many folks are looking for news on their smartphones, watching endless videos. So as much as our roots are in newspaper journalism, we decided to make Lowcountry Chronicle heavily focused around video distribution.
We will have longer interviews and shorter vignettes capturing life around the “State of Mind.” LowChron may at times be broadcast as a Facebook Live interactive discussion or through a searchable database of videos.
We will also have a website and YouTube channel that houses all the Lowcountry Chronicle content.
